TARYAT YAZITI’NIN İNCELENMESİ

Özet

The Uyghur state, founded by Kutlug Bilge Köl Khagan after the collapse of the Köktürk Khaganate, was an important Turkish state that ruled in Central Asia between 745-840 and shaped the development of Central Asia with the political, economic and military successes it achieved during this period. . Uyghurs have left important inscriptions written in runic letters on stone to the present day. Taryat inscription is one of these inscriptions. The inscription was erected by Moyun Çor in 752-753 and provides information about Moyun Çor’s victories, events that took place during the khanate period and the administrative structure of the state. In the inscription, frequently recurring titles and metaphysical elements support the belief system of the period and the legitimacy of the rulers. In addition, the linguistic and stylistic features of the inscription reflect the cultural and historical values of the Uyghurs. In this study, the name Uyghur, the stages of the Uyghur state in the historical process and the Taryat inscription will be examined.
